exchanges on items which are purchased at our retail store

The product('s) must not be opened, used or washed/worn if you would like a refund. Products may also be returned if they are defective. Costs for postage of the original order & return postage is covered by the customer & is non-refundable All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
